I CAN make a difference Inc. in partnership with the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation, ensured that there will be no children swimming to school at Tipo-tipo, Basilan. On the 3rd of December 2016, we turned over the second Yellow Boat that will transport children of the neighboring islands to and from school. We hope that this will serve as inspiration to the school children to focus more on their education. Soon enough, we will be turning over the third Yellow Boat. #HopeSails #ICAN
