June 7, 2016 – So excited for the groundbreaking on June 13 at Labney, Tarlac. Thanks to the GOOD SAMARITAN donor who provided the seed fund to make this happen. Thanks also to our partners and lead implementor Uncle Mon Corpuz of Black Pencil Project and Tarlac Funds for Little Kids. DONATION TOWARDS THIS PROJECT IS VERY MUCH WELCOMED!

Pending Purchase & Delivery:
April 5, 2017. The Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) facilitated the turn-over ceremony of four (4) classroom school building project donated by different Civil Society Organization (CSO) partners at Brgy. Labney, Mayantoc Tarlac on today (April 5).
Said activity was jibed with the graduation rites of students of Labney Elementary School.
The ceremony was graced by Lieutenant General Romeo T Tanalgo AFP, Commander, NOLCOM as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
